Clutch Actuator
The truck uses compressed air to disengage and recombine the amt clutch actuator to complete the start and shift gears. A concentric pneumatic clutch actuator contains all elements connected to the gearbox system to disengage and reengage the trans clutch as required by the gearbox.
The concentric pneumatic clutch actuator is modified from the traditional mechanical structure, using automatic control cylinders instead of the traditional booster cylinders. While the clutch pedal is eliminated, and the piston moves horizontally to realize the separation and engagement action by controlling the air pressure inside the actuator cylinder. The separation process and the engagement process are controlled by a set of high-speed switching valves, and the separation and engagement speed is controlled by adjusting the duty cycle of the switching valves.
